Message: Called for a non-emergency repair to correct some shoddy prior slumlords attempt at DIY. Traps came out the next day, replaced the pipe and faucet in an hour. Love to see it.

Message: My wife and I have relied on Trap's Plumbing and Heating for probably close to 20 years now. We remodeled our home and Trap installed HVAC units, redid all the duct work, ran natural gas lines, installed a water softener and Trap did all of the plumbing! Today, 10/01/2019, Trap sent over Eliseo, Keith and Alex to our home to install a new tank-less water heater and these gentlemen were outstanding. They were very careful not to hit walls or damage floors throughout the day. They were very respectful, courteous and professional. Trap told me they would do a great job and they did! Thanks Trap for always being there for us and I know that if I call you, you'll be there as fast as you can!

Message: I have used Trap’s several times over the last two years. My father also used them. I came home one evening recently after being away for two months and my basement was flooded. Trap’s immediately answered the phone, and someone was here early the next morning. They resolved the issue, pumped the water out, installed a new water heater and sump pump, and fixed the furnace blower and circuit boards. I have always found them to be prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Trap explains what they are doing and is patient. Eliseo is knowledgeable and professional. Vickie in the office is also great. It shows that they care about their customers. I highly recommend Trap’s Plumbing & HVAC!

Message: My well pump went out and I noticed it in the middle of the night. Waited until 8am. First place I called couldn't send anyone out that day. Trap's was the second place I called. Lady on the phone was nice but to the point (which I appreciate) - told her real quick my well pump was out and she said "we'll have someone there after lunch". Trap's got here around 12:30pm which was sooner than I expected. The gentlemen walked me through why the system was shot and I needed a total pump replacement, which just looking at the thing it was easy enough to conclude he was telling the truth. He explained where the main issues were and why a total replacement was necessary, and I could understand what he was talking about despite my plumbing knowledge being on the level of "a leak is bad". The pump was at least 15 years old, so it had served it's time. They worked on obtaining and installing the new one until the end of service day. All that was left was priming which they came out first thing the next day to do. Someone who is vaguely familiar with plumbing and doesn't twitch at the idea of crawling under the house probably could have having running water that night, but I was okay to wait it out. Some things I'm just happier to pay other people for, and they are probably happy to get paid to do it so it all works out. All of the employees I interacted with were nice, respectful and easy to talk to. All in all, a great experience. I'm happy when people make it easy, fast and to the point. I would do business with this company again.

Message: We highly recommend Trap's Plumbing, Heating and AC. In May we had a water pipe break causing thousands of dollars in damage. We capped the broken pipe and the next day the pipe broke again and we called Trap's. Tina was awesome. She was very understanding of the urgency and had someone her in less then one hour. The man was able to properly cap the pipe and allow us to have water in the rest of the house. He also gave us a hint on how to stop an outside water valve from leaking. In August our central AC was just not working properly. Mr Trap came and did some testing and gave us option on how we want to proceed. We decided that a new AC/Heater would be best. He gave us an unbeatable price and was here in less then a week to install the new unit. He brought several guys with him and they got it done in one day. All of his workers were very courteous and introduced themselves and even covered our floors. Mr. Trap is very forth coming and he offers a great price. he does not need to advertise because word of mouth is working well for him.
